Overview

These Terms of Service govern your use of the Blossy online store at blossy.ch and any purchases made through it.

By using our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service together with our Shipping Policy, Return & Refund Policy and Privacy Policy.

Blossy is operated by Arjeta Berisha, Switzerland.

Products

All Blossy pieces are handmade in small quantities. Our collection includes in-stock, made-to-order and custom pieces.

Due to the handmade nature of our flowers, slight variations in shape, arrangement, bead placement, colour and overall appearance may occur. These variations are part of the individual character of each piece and are not considered defects.

We make every effort to represent our products and colours as accurately as possible. However, colours may appear slightly different depending on your screen or device.

Due to their flexible, sculptural construction, some gentle reshaping may be required after transport. This is normal and is not considered damage.

Vases and other styling objects shown in product images are not included unless expressly stated in the product description.

Orders & Payment

By placing an order, you confirm that the information you provide is complete and accurate and that you are authorised to use the selected payment method.

All prices are displayed in Swiss Francs (CHF).

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order where we are unable to fulfil it, payment cannot be processed or there is an obvious error in pricing, availability or product information. If we cancel an order after payment has been received, the amount paid will be refunded.

Made to Order & Custom Pieces

Made to Order and custom pieces require additional production time.

Estimated timelines may be displayed on the product page, agreed during the custom order process or communicated to you following your order. We will contact you with further information regarding production and expected delivery where relevant.

Made-to-order and custom pieces are final sale and cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded due to a change of mind.

Shipping

We ship within Switzerland with Swiss Post and DHL.

International shipping is currently available on request only. Please contact us at forever@blossy.ch for international orders.

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Returns & Refunds

We do not generally accept returns or exchanges for change of mind.

In exceptional circumstances, a return of an eligible in-stock piece may be approved at our discretion and will be subject to the conditions set out in our Return & Refund Policy, including applicable return shipping costs and handling fees.

Made-to-order and custom pieces are final sale.

Nothing in these Terms limits any rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including the BLOSSY name and branding, photographs, videos, text, graphics and designs, is owned by or licensed to BLOSSY unless otherwise stated.

Content may not be copied, reproduced, distributed or used for commercial purposes without our prior written permission.

Website Information

We aim to keep all information on our website accurate and up to date. However, occasional errors relating to product descriptions, prices, availability or other information may occur.

We reserve the right to correct such errors and to update or modify website content, products, prices and availability where necessary.

Liability

To the extent permitted by Swiss law, Blossy is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of our website or products.

We are not responsible for damage resulting from improper handling, care or use of a Blossy piece contrary to our Care Guide.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation is not permitted under applicable law.

Privacy

Personal information collected through our website and during the ordering process is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Our online store is powered by Shopify and we use selected third-party service providers to operate our store, process payments and fulfil orders.

Governing Law

These Terms and purchases made from Blossy are governed by Swiss law.
